What we’re about
We’re a registered charity based in Canada, founded by individuals who live with BPD. We are passionate about dismantling the stigma of BPD, offering educational resources, and providing support to help manage and thrive with BPD. Our Mission
To facilitate a third space for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder outside of institutionalized spaces, to grow our community that is focused on mutual participation, healing, and support, and to destigmatize the BPD label through education and dialogue.
Our Programs
Peer Support Groups
Our peer support groups offer a safe and confidential space for individuals with BPD to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, these groups provide emotional support, validation, and practical advice. View our groups HERE
DBT Skills Workshops
Knowledge is a powerful tool in managing BPD. Our skills workshops cover topics such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These sessions are designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate daily life. View our sessions HERE
Chat Room
Anyone who attends our paid sessions will get access to our WhatsApp chat room, where people can keep in touch between sessions, share struggles and successes, and seek and offer support to others.
Community Building
We believe in the power of community. Our events and initiatives are designed to bring people together, fostering connections and building a supportive network. From group outings to collaborative projects, we aim to create a sense of belonging and community where we feel safe to exist as we are, free of judgement.
Social Events
Social interaction is vital for mental health. Our social events are intended for individuals to engage with others in a non-clinical, relaxed, and fun environment. Whether it’s a casual meet-up, a themed party, or an outdoor adventure, our events are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable to have a life worth living together in our communities.
